Strengthening Policy and Practice
Responding to Conflict Training Course. This course is designed to draw on the experience and practice of participants, working in development, humanitarian aid or peacebuilding to influence internal policies and programmatic approaches. The course will identify how organisations can strive to balance their organisational mandate with the demands of working in complex and rapidly changing political contexts.
Course fee: £1100 (includes full board accommodation from the evening of 19th – afternoon of 24th October)

Join us in Reading on 14 April in some creative street theatre: we’ll be inviting passers-by to give their input to a People’s Budget – asking them to tell us how to spend the £100 billion pounds for Trident on other items. It will be fun! As well as educational!

GDAMS events will take place in Coventry University’s Technology Park, others in the city centre and outside the Council House. A letter of protest will be delivered to the offices of Lockheed Martin, demanding a public statement about its involvement in the production of cluster bombs.
