Focusing is a powerful method of inner enquiry that involves listening deeply to ourselves and sensing into what is present within us. It can be used to transform conflict, to gain a sense of direction or make a decision, as a coaching tool, or to aid the processes of turning a vision or idea into practical action, either individually or in a co-creative setting.

A certificated four day training course in coaching through personal or organisational conflict, for those with some prior coaching, counselling or 1:1 experience who are looking to add an effective new skill to their toolkit. Organisational rate - £625. Individual rate- £312.50.

7th July 10 Year Anniversary: Silent Vigil
July 7th this year is the ten year anniversary of the London bombings in 2005.
We will be dedicating our regular lunchtime meditation to those affected by political violence. There will be readings and then we we hold a 20 minute silence.
We will meet in the nave of the Church.
