The programme will run from 10.30am to 3.00pm and will include a Buddhist ceremony, multi-faith peace prayers, speakers on anti nuclear and non-violent actions, and an afternoon multi-cultural celebra

We will remember those who refused to fight in WW1 and WW2
We will share stories of those in prison around the world now for their conscientious objection to war

With Singing by Protest in harmony, readings of poems and the names of COs from across Scotland, as well as contemporary COs from around the world, and recollections by the descendants of First World

Time is yet to be decided, but it will probably start at 12 noon or 1pm.

Step back to 1917 and witness the secret history of Deptford’s conscientious objectors during the Great War.
