NfP AGM 2015

Submitted by Claire on Tue, 03/03/2015 - 11:26

We had a successful meeting on 19 February at Friends House, London.
Speaker was Ingrid Sharp, Senior Lecturer in German and Graduate Studies Director, in the School of Languages, Cultures and Societies at the University of Leeds. Ingrid says: "The most relevant information about my centenary activities is that I lead the Resistance to War strand of the Legacies of War project at the University of Leeds and spent much of 2014 giving papers and public talks on German resistance to war, because I thought it was an important message to get across."
Our grateful thanks to Ingrid, to Quaker Peace and Social Witness for the meeting room, all who attended, and all our members.
