A certificated three day training course in conflict coaching, for anyone dealing with workplace or personal conflict. 10am-5pm. Final session: 25 November - the third day of the course six weeks later is focused around practice, peer development, evaluation, and trouble shooting. Aimed at: anyone dealing with conflict in organisations or communities, HR and employee well-being professionals, mediators, generalist professional coaches, counsellors and spiritual advisors.
