70th anniversary event
We will also be taking a car or two down to AWE Aldermaston, to Tadley
Gate so we can stand there as the workers leave at 4.00pm and hold placards, banners, flags etc. We intend to get there for about 3.30pm and stand there for an hour or so, showing our placards to the AWE workers and passing traffic.
If there is enough of us, we could also have some people outside AWE
Burghfield as well. The more people can come and the more drivers to bring them the better - so please contact us if you want a lift, and if you can drive a few people down.
