Action to call for military spending to be redirected to meet human needs.
GDAMS events will take place in Coventry University’s Technology Park, others in the city centre and outside the Council House. A letter of protest will be delivered to the offices of Lockheed Martin, demanding a public statement about its involvement in the production of cluster bombs.

The events will run from 12.30 until late afternoon, and will draw attention to the presence of arms companies within the city, the use of Council Tax money to fund the production of weapons, and the alternatives to investing vast sums of public money in death and destruction.
