A candle-lit vigil will be held to mark Human Rights Day, outside the Chinese Embassy in London. Organised by Chinese, Uyghur & Tibetan Solidarity UK, the focus is on cultural resistance. The Chinese government will be called upon to release all political prisoners, especially those imprisoned for expressing views that are critical of government policies as well as those repressed for promoting cultural identities in the occupied areas of Tibet and East Turkestan.
