Talk and Q&A with an activist from New Profile at Friends House Library.

Join us for a conversation with Or, an Israeli conscientious objector and member of the feminist anti-militarist organisation New Profile.

We will hear about how militarism operates in Israel, how conscientious objectors and peace activists are resisting it (including in collaboration with Palestinians), and how the current context in Palestine and Israel is affecting this picture. We will also be discussing how we in the UK can support and express solidarity with Israeli peace movements and conscientious objectors.
