Join CND for this online meeting to discuss why we must mobilise to stop the development of a European nuclear weapons system. This timely event is planned as states prepare for the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) at the UN in Geneva in July and August.
We’ll be joined by Jean-Marie Collin, Director of ICAN FRANCE, to give the French viewpoint; Joseph Gerson, President of the Campaign for Peace, Disarmament and Common Security, to speak on the American influence on European military policy; and Rebecca Johnson, Director of Acronym, speaking on strategies for using the NPT and TPNW to stop the ‘Europroliferators’.
