London Ecumenical service organised by Pax Christi at the Crypt Chapel, Ambrosden Ave, behind Westminster Cathedral. Followed by:
Peace Walk from Westminster Cathedral at dusk, to the London Peace Pagoda, followed by a Lantern-lighting ceremony at sunset (no float). The ceremony seeks to reflect on the horrors of war in an atomic age, and to pray together for peace and harmony between all people and nations. All welcome.
