Chaired by Pat Gaffney, General Secretary of Pax Christi with Max Brookman-Byrne, Lecturer in Law in the College of Social Science, University of Lincoln. Max’s research focuses on international law and the use of force/conduct of hostilities and cutting edge research into the lawfulness of the use of armed drones . Maya Evans a UK peace and human rights activist. Maya has made several visits to Afghanistan and among other things campaigns on armed drones and civil liberties
