CND and Christian CND are currently campaigning to cancel Royal Navy plans to host a National Service of Thanksgiving to mark 50 years of the so-called ‘Continuous At Sea Deterrent’ (CASD) in Westminster Abbey.
CND will conduct a 'die-in' outside the Abbey, and Christian CND will conduct a service of repentance led by CND vice-president Bruce Kent. Protest location is outside Barclay’s Bank on Victoria Street. Witness begins at 12pm.
