Town/City:
London For pacifists, the answer to the question "What would a peaceful society look like?" is usually more than just "the absence of war". The logical conclusion of a pacifist stance (for most pacifists) is to want to undermine the causes of war - and hence, in turn, to rid society of the injustices and problems which lead people to think [erroneously, of course, in a pacifist's view] that they need to take up arms to deal with whatever the problem is.
You can share your thoughts on these (and any other) aspects of this issue at the November meeting.
The discussions generally run for up to 2 hours, and are intended to be
informal and welcoming.
