Public meeting. Nuclear weapons are transported through Preston on a routine basis, driving past schools, hospitals, workplaces, and homes. The government has admitted that it can never guarantee the safety of these convoys. We believe that it is wholly unacceptable to put towns like Preston at risk in this way.
