Focusing: A powerful tool for transformation.

Focusing is a powerful method of inner enquiry that involves listening deeply to ourselves and sensing into what is present within us. It can be used to transform conflict, to gain a sense of direction or make a decision, as a coaching tool, or to aid the processes of turning a vision or idea into practical action, either individually or in a co-creative setting. This introductory training is fully experiential and will give you a new tool to work with yourself or others.
