Milton Keynes Celebration of The 35th Anniversary of Milton Keynes Peace Pagoda.
The programme will run from 10.30am to 3.30pm and will include a Buddhist ceremony, multi-faith peace prayers, speakers on anti nuclear and non-violent actions, and an afternoon multi-cultural celebration. Lunch will be provided.
Schoolchildren of Milton Keynes have been invited to send their ideas how to make a peaceful world and it is hoped this year the Peace Pagoda will be wrapped in their ideas!
