Questioning the Presence of the Military in Schools

The armed forces visit thousands of schools each year, providing free resources, presentations and recruitment activities. The Department for Education are further integrating military-led activities into Britain's education system as 'military ethos' is presented as a solution to educational problems. Speakers from both sides of the debate will address whether it is appropriate for the military to engage with young people in schools and colleges.
