Cut your bills and benefit Network for Peace

We have teamed up with the Phone Co-op to offer telephone and internet services to our supporters.

6% of everything that you spend on telephone calls, broadband or internet access comes to help fund NfP.

You benefit by using an ethical, co-operative for your telecoms, accountable to you and people like you, with your concerns always considered.

There are packages to suit every type of residential telephone user. Please click on the link below to refer to The Phone Co-op website. You can use The Phone Co-op for your phone calls, broadband and line rental, in single combinations or in packages. Savings on calls will be up to 15% against BT and 5% on line rental.

Special Offer - Broadband

Starting 1st May 2008, The Phone Co-op will be offering free connection to customers signing up for broadband for the first time for a period of 2 months. They will still be required to supply their own router, but this will cut the cost of start up, making starting broadband on the service fully competitive. Customers coming from another supplier will continue to benefit from free connection when migrating by use of a mac code.

Special Offer – Phone calls

The Phone Co-op are reducing the Anytime calls package from £9.99 to £7.95 for all new customers taking up a line rental and broadband during a limited period of 2 months from 1st May 2008. This means that, if paying by direct debit, these customers get their broadband, local and national calls and line rental from £30.84.

Shorter contracts!

While other phone providers increase the length of their contracts, The Phone Co-op’s are flexible and designed for maximum customer satisfaction. If you move house and a stopped line is restarted, you have a 3 month contract (BT’s minimum is one year). The contract period for a new line installation is 1 year.

Line Rental – First class support network

The Line Rental is supported by Openreach engineers. This means that customers not only benefit from our excellent customer services team (as endorsed by the readers of Which? magazine) but also the technical expertise of BT Openreach engineers. Prices for ordinary line rental start at £10.90. BT charges £11.75 for a customer paying by direct debit and with their bills posted to them.

Prices for home customers

The prices are designed to suit every customer’s needs and pocket, with broadband packages starting at £11.99 per month and free evening & weekends calls for £3.99 per month.

The Phone Co-op provides 15,000 customers with phone calls, broadband, line rental, web hosting and domain registration.
