With Professor David Nutt, currently the Edmond J. Safra Professor of Neuropsychopharmacology in the Division of Brain Sciences at Imperial College London. Professor Nutt will argue that although the drug laws are designed to reduce drugs use and harms, they do neither - if anything, prohibition based approaches increase harms.
